Requirements to participate in clinical trials are minimal, and a simple in-office cheek swab can help determine in advance if you or a loved one may benefit from TB006. Currently the clinical trial has no age limits for
participants, and an MMSE score of less than 24 may qualify for participation. Hypertension, diabetes, and other common health problems do not disqualify one from being a valid participant.

Throughout my medical education, we were taught there was no hope for Alzheimer’s or dementia. Neuroplasticity was not even a concept at that time, nor did we know symptom reversal for Alzheimer’s/dementia was possible! Progress
After First TB006 Dose: MMSE score improved to 19 from 15. Participating more in daily tasks. More engaged in conversation with her husband/friends. Solves daily math problems.
After Second TB006 Dose: MMSE score improved to 23 from 19. Patient was socializing more. Physically more active, engaged in cooking, household, and other activities.
After Third TB006 Dose: MMSE score improved to 25 from 23. Started wearing makeup again, dressing herself and coordinating clothing, calculating checks and tips at restaurants.

Symptoms and Medical History
- Untreated dementia by former PCP with severe decline of daily living activities.
- MMSE score of 13/30 on the first visit.
- History of: Coronary Artery Disease, CHF, Hypertension, and Gout.
Progress
After First TB006 Dose: First Two Weeks: More engaged and attentive. Humor returning. More consistently and easily recalling names
and events. Daughter of patient stated her mother arrived home right after
her first treatment and went straight to the family room, picked up the TV
remote control and changed the channel to watch her program. She had not been able to operate the remote for more than 6 months.
Second Two Weeks after TB006 treatment: Able to follow a challenging
conversation. Could remember both sets of “three words” of MMSE.
Physically more active.
After Second TB006 Dose: MMSE score improved to 21 from 13. Active participant in-home discussions. She was less short of breath and could walk longer distances.
After Second TB006 Dose: 7 weeks into treatment, MMSE score improved to 22 from 21. In addition, the patient was more involved in family activities and had an improved sense of humor and alertness.

Symptoms and Medical history
- History of senile Dementia, MMSE score 18/30
- Malignant hypertension (BP 170 – 240), Coronary Artery Disease and Pulmonary embolism,
- On Eliquis, sleeping all day, frequent nausea and vomiting.
- Significant intolerance to cold
- Chronic generalized body aches, back pain and knee pain
- History of falls with poor balance, urinary incontinence, and home bound for more than 2 years.
Progress
TB006 Treatment 2 weeks after: She showed marked improvement in
memory. She was able to remember her birthday and days of the week.
Showed marked reduction in pain. BP dramatically improved (averaging
120-130). Her mood improved with an increased sense of calmness and less anxiety, being more alert/awake, and energized after the treatment.
Three - Four Weeks After Treatment: Intolerance to cold and nausea and
vomiting resolved. She requested that the caregiver pull her bright red suit
from the closet so she could visit her son, and she did visit him. She increased her participation with friends and family, and she was no longer lying on the couch most of the day. Her MMSE cognitive score went to 22 from 18.
Prior to Second TB006 Dose: Her memory continued to improve, as did
her alertness and interactions, and she assumed a normal tolerance to cold. Incontinence largely resolved, with increased cognitive score.
One Month After Her 2nd TB006 Dose: MMSE score improved to 25 from
22, she had increased alertness, participation with family activities and her
blood pressure continued to maintain normal levels
