    In medical school and residency, we always learned that Dementia and Alzheimers are a one-way street and that it was impossible to regain cognitive function. We did not yet have the term, "neuro elasticity". We did not know symptom reversal was possible and patients in our practice since undergoing treatment, have experienced once again recalling both social engagements, as well as remembering to do routine daily chores.
